As a result of some recent family experiences, I have become very aware of the issues that seniors face when aging in place is no longer an option or a desire. As I researched, I found that there is no single solution to the issues that seniors and their families may have in the downsizing process such as the condition of the house, cleaning out the house, preparing the house for sale and selling the house with as little disruption to the seniors and their families as possible.
